My parents raised me with the following being a common saying in our household, “A job worth doing is as a job worth doing right.” They lead by example. I strive very hard to live by this and it is more of than motto. No task goes half done. If you’re going to put time and effort into something, you better make sure that you give it your all.
By watching how hard my parents worked, it formed a genuine work ethic in me from a very young age. My parents got married young and struggled financially, like many of the time, due to lower wages, etc. They never let that define them. My father worked many jobs (at the same time) while my mother worked part time and raised us. We never spent one day in a daycare, and I feel that really helped form that tight familial bond.
I’m still in awe of how happy they were, with how little we had (and the daily worries of finances). We never felt like we went without. We were always surrounded by love, and I couldn’t be prouder to say, I am successful in life because of them. I am grateful for everything they have taught me. My parents worked very hard to ensure that my three siblings and I had great educations and knew the true value of a dollar.
I feel blessed to have been raised during a time when there weren’t as many, "screens". By playing outside regularly with my siblings, helping my dad with "handyman" work at my grandparents' apartments, doing regular chores, etc. versus playing on a phone or computer screen, I am more apt. to take action and get out and DO stuff! Like jumping to be the first in the door at a new listing my clients may want to see!
For many of my clients PURCHASING real estate is the
LARGEST
financial transaction they will have in their whole life. By being the “Go-To Expert” regarding all things Real Estate, I take pride in being YOUR agent. I consistently display excellence in my field by winning multiple offer scenarios (aka bidding wars) for my clients by taking the time to educate my clients on the purchasing process. 

In regard to SELLING properties, I follow 2 rules; #1 Stay educated & #2 Communication! The key to my business motto is to have the market knowledge to ensure we are pricing the property correctly and be SUPER connected to my clients. Having the property priced correctly often ensures that we will attract the ideal buyers, which sometimes leads to multiple offers on the property right out of the gate.
